We are grateful that you are presenting your scientific paper at the congress. Your participation makes for the important scientific content of the congress.
In order to maximise the impact of your presentation we request you to carefully read the following guidelines related to podium presentation.
- Kindly go through the scientific programme to check the date, timing, duration of your talk. As we get close to the event, there might be some changes in the timing, venue hall. These changes will reflect in the periodic update in the programme.
- As you would have noticed the program is busy and the podium time is precious. The screen shall turn blank after the allotted time and it is not under control of the chairpersons or the compere. Hence, strictly limit your talk to the time allotted. There will be a bell/buzzer one minute prior to the end of your allocated time. Once your presentation time ends, the time for Q & A starts which is an important part of any scientific deliberation.
- You are requested to load and preview your presentation in the Preview Room at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled talk. Our technicians will be present to assist you in the Preview Room.
- Please be advised that under any circumstances you will not be allowed to load your presentation at the podium.
- Use of personal laptops is NOT allowed.
- You are requested to be seated in the front row of the respective hall in good time for your presentation
- Format of the presentation should be –
- MS PowerPoint (.pptx – up to version 16.93) or
- Mac Keynote (.key – up to version 14.1)
- Presentations should be in 16:9 aspect ratio.
- Videos should be in .mp4 format
- If there are any videos in your presentation, please preview them to check that they run properly. Load your presentations in advance and check that they are working fine.
- Kindly carry the video source file as a backup for the talk
- If any special fonts are used, please bring the presentation as a ‘pack & go’ (if created in MS PowerPoint) or save it as a .pptx as the fonts will get embedded
- Video recording of your presentation will be done for educational purposes. In case you have any objection to this kindly let us know.
