The Scientific Committee of the 2025 APFSSH–APFSHT–APWA Congress proudly invites you to participate in the Best Case Challenge—a prestigious platform to showcase your most outstanding clinical work to an international audience.
Categories:
- Trauma
- Non-Trauma
(One winner will be selected in each category)
Eligibility & Entry Rules:
- Open to all registered delegates of the Congress.
- Each delegate may submit one case per category (maximum two submissions total).
What Makes a “Best Case”?
Submit a case that:
- Challenged your diagnostic acumen
- Tested your technical mastery
- Required you to innovate a solution to a complex surgical dilemma
- Involved a rare or exceptionally complex case with an outstanding outcome
- Had no textbook solution, but you made it work!
Submission Format:
- A 3-minute MP4 video, clearly showcasing:
- Key features of the case
- Why it represents your finest work
- Finalistswill present via PowerPoint podium presentation at the Congress.

Important Dates:
Submission Deadline: 31st May 2025, 11:59 PM IST
Review & Presentation:
- Submissions will undergo blinded review by a panel of anonymous expert judges.
- Top SIXcases from each category will be invited for oral presentation at the Congress:
- 8 minutesfor presentation
- 2 minutesfor discussion
Awards:
Winners (one in each category) will receive the prestigious APFSSH Best Case Medal
