As you are aware all foreign nationals entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid visa obtained from an Indian Mission or Post abroad.
Travelling to India, Visa cannot be obtained on arrival, you must make prior applications.
You can apply for a Conference Visa or any other Visa as per the guidelines of the consulate from your country.
Moreover, for getting a Conference Visa, you will be required to provide Ministry Clearances during your Visa Application.
Please be advised that the Visa application process will have to be completed by you.
APFSSH, APFSHT, APWA, ISSH & SHTI Congress 2025 is in the process of applying for Ministry Clearances for Conference Visa Purpose.
In order to keep up with the travel norms in India, the Ministry requires us to provide some important details of the International Faculty attending the conference.
This will help us procure Ministry Clearances that in turn facilitate your application of Conference Visa.
Hence, we have prepared a simple document in which you can feed in the data and send it back to us.
We request you to share this information with us at the earliest so that the required permissions will be procured quickly.
It will also be helpful if you could share a copy of your passport & a short CV along with it.

- At present e-Visa is issued to passport holders of 161 countries
- Delegates are advised to e-Tourist visa
- Online application for e-Visa can be made as early as 120 days in advance of the actual arrival
date in India. However, applications are to be made latest 4 days in advance of the date of
arrival.
Regular Visa via Embassy of India in your country: Fill form ONLINE and submit the physical copy along with the supporting documents and the Passport to the concerned Indian Visa Application Center (IVAC) or directly at the Indian Mission in your country https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/index.html - Visa application processes and requirements may vary by country or by nationality of the applicant. Please refer to the website of the nearest Indian Embassy or Mission in your country for specific instructions on how to apply for a visa.
