Online Registration: Delegates can make the payment of registration fee, online through the congress website.
Cash payments are not accepted even for spot registrations.
The congress secretariat is not responsible for payments made to wrong account while using online banking option.
The complimentary delegate kit cannot be assured for registrations received after 25^th August 2025.
Last date for registration is 31^th August 2025 after which all registrations will be treated as spot registrations.
The registration fee includes delegate kit, admission to the scientific sessions, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunches & dinners.
There will be no delegate kit for the accompanying persons.
For PG students & trainees availing discounted registration, certificate from head of department / institution is mandatory.
All delegates & faculty presenting papers and posters need to be registered for the conference before 31^st May, 2025
