Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 25% of the registration fee (without GST) will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31^st March.
• 50% of the registration fee (without GST) will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31^st May 2025.
• 75% (without GST) of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31^st July 2025.
• No refund will be made for the requests made after 31^st July 2025.
• Any applicable refund will be excluding the GST paid at the time of registration.
• Registration is not transferable.

Cancellation must be notified to the congress secretariat by Email to registration@apfssh2025.com with subject line ‘Cancellation’. The Secretariat reserves the right of approving the cancellations and the refund amount. All the refunds will be made after the congress is over.
